The M10 cells reduce the number of cells required for a module, optimizing production costs and increasing power density.
The photovoltaic panel is made with cells that use N-type TOPCon technology. This technology enhances the panel's efficiency by employing a thin layer of tunnel oxide, which facilitates the movement of charge carriers through the cell.
